The glossary contains information about where a particular image, word or phrase appears in Revelation, where that same image, word or phrase is found elsewhere in Scripture and then discusses how the image, word or phrase can be understood in light of how it is used in biblical passages outside Revelation. In some cases an image, word or phrase is defined in Revelation itself. In those cases the glossary connects the definition in Revelation with other places in Revelation where that image, word or phrase appears.
